### Advocating for the Freedom of Concience, Religion and Expresion... I am a Christian lawyer from Puerto Rico, a solo practitioner, with an experience in the practice of law over 23 years. During the last 15 years I have been working in my country as a volunteer to defend religious liberty, conscience, and the rule of law as to the rights of children and their families. Cultural Awareness & Sensibility has been adquired visiting more than 20 Countries and Parlaments, such as: England, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Canada, Mexico, France, Greece, Brazil, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Hawaii, Argentina, Uruguay, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Colombia, St. Marteen, St. John (B.Virgin Islands), and more than 12 states in U.S.A., for cultural, educational, and in humanitarian missions.
